What it’s like to work together
What it’s like to
work together
I worked with Tomasz on the MVP of a school e-journal, and based on what he brought to the project, I’d happily work with him again. He really cares about the user experience and the whole flow. Instead of handing me one finished solution, he gave me several options to choose from. I like the way he works.
React Developer at Rimthan
Tomasz supported the Sektor 3.0 Fund twice as a UX designer, working closely with teams in the incubation program. He brought professionalism, strong ideas, and practical support throughout the process, making a real contribution to the project’s development and the team’s winning outcome.
PMO at Sektor 3.0
I worked with Tomasz on a Wikimedia Polska project tackling the complex topic of copyright. He delivered excellent research, actively participated in user research, and remained fully engaged throughout our collaboration.

From a rough idea to a clear, build-ready design.
01 / Clarify the direction
In our first call, we uncover the problem, clarify the goal, and define what your business actually needs.
Result: a clearer view of where to invest your time and budget.

02 / Shape the concept
I use research, early flows, and prototypes to develop the idea, then bring you in at key decision points.
Result: you see the direction early, so you know what you’re investing in, with fewer surprises and less risk of rework.

03 / Build the outcome
I shape the concept into a polished experience while keeping the work open and visible so you always know where things stand.
Result: less for you to manage - the design work is handled, and progress stays visible.

04 / Carry it forward
A finished design shouldn’t leave you wondering what happens next. I make sure the work is ready to move into implementation, and I stay available for questions and refinements.
Result: you’re not left alone with a set of files - you have my support through handoff.

SERVICES · WAYS WE CAN WORK TOGETHER
What I can
help you with
I design and build websites that explain your offer and give visitors a clear next step. I can help shape the visual direction, organize the content, and carry the project from early concepts through to launch in Framer.
The scope can include:
Brand and visual direction: establish a visual direction for your website or adapt an existing identity for digital use.
Content guidance and structure: clarify key messages, organize pages, and guide the copy and imagery each section needs.
Responsive website design: develop wireframes, layouts, and detailed visual designs for desktop, tablet, and mobile.
Framer development and launch: build the website, set up the CMS and interactions, and handle basic SEO setup and launch support.
I help you decide what to build and design how it should work. Whether you are defining an MVP, adding a feature, or improving an existing product, I work with you and your developers to turn ideas and user needs into interfaces ready for development.
The scope can include:
Product guidance and MVP design sprints: clarify the problem, prioritize the core experience, and explore a focused first version.
User research and usability testing: plan and conduct interviews, test prototypes with users, and translate findings into design decisions.
UX/UI design and prototypes: map user flows, develop wireframes, and design detailed interfaces and interactive prototypes.
Developer collaboration: prepare reusable components and handoff specifications, answer implementation questions, and review the interface as it is built.
I create a consistent visual direction and turn it into a reusable Figma system, with guidance on how to use and extend it. This can support a new project or bring an existing website or product into a more coherent set of styles and components.
The scope can include:
Visual foundations: define typography, color, spacing, and layout principles, working from an existing identity or establishing a new direction.
Reusable Figma systems: organize styles, variables, components, and their states into a practical library.
Usage and implementation guidance: document component usage, responsive behavior, interaction states, and design rules in Figma and, where useful, Markdown (
.md) files for the development team.

ABOUT ME · BEHIND THE WORK
Hi, I’m Tom
Hi, I’m Tom
I’m a product and web designer with a background in psychology and experience leading product design in early stages.
Understanding the people you’re designing for
Through research, I examine what people need, where they hesitate, and what influences their decisions. That understanding guides my design work.
Business goals, practical decisions
My experience has taught me to clarify needs and advise stakeholders.
You don’t need a perfect brief. I help turn your goals into practical design decisions.
Designed with launch in mind
I consider responsive behavior, reusable components, and handoff from the start, so your team has what it needs to build, maintain, and extend the design.

I play bass and listen to everything from classic rock and jazz to opera and old-school rap. Music is a big part of my life outside work. I’m passionate about new technology, and my interests extend to science, economics, investing, and geopolitics.
I enjoy figuring out how things work - how software is built, what makes a business tick, and what drives people’s decisions. I’m usually trying to understand something new.
I also enjoy a good film and a well-told story. Let's write one!
